  • Created the Small Business Insight Services Program to provide reliable insights, quickly and affordably:

    ➡ Two weeks from kickoff to finish

    Four study types: Concept, Prototype, Usability, and Messaging tests

  • Business interests varied beyond rapid feedback, which allowed the opportunity to explore other service offerings such as:

    ➡ Qualitative sample sizes

    ➡ Data exports as deliverables

  • ➡ Converted one-time customers into platform subscribers

    ➡ Showed the value of meeting customers where they are in research needs
