My background gives me a unique perspective, attention to detail, and the strategic ability to turn feedback into actionable insights that give stakeholders a better understanding of user needs.

Iā€™ve had 6+ years of experience conducting interviews and data analysis as a journalist, 10+ years copy editing/copywriting, and have spent the past 7 years focused on UX Research.

Iā€™ve worked with a variety of industries, including e-commerce, education, healthcare, financial services, entertainment, media, food, automotive, telecommunications, and technology.
